Evin at Oconomowoc / Oconomowoc, Wisconsin
Named after Ole Evinrude — an Oconomowoc resident who invented the first reliable outboard boat motor on Okauchee Lake — Evin at Oconomowoc is an 80-unit senior living community built on the grounds of the former Lake Country YMCA. Like the Y before it, Evin strives to be a welcoming space for social engagement, not only for its residents but for the community as a whole. Interiors are refined yet relaxed, paying homage to Oconomowoc’s late 19th and early 20th century grand lakeside resorts along with the natural beauty of Lake Country landscape.
